Nylon rollers with ball bearings have a softer, smoother operation, and do not require lubrication.
As you consider replacing your rollers, check the entire metal track for loose hardware, dents, and squeaky or broken hinges. If your door rattles or shakes as it moves along the tracks, this may be due to loose hinges or mounting points. Tighten all screws and bolts, but be careful not to over tighten or strip them.
In addition, the springs used in your lifting system can contribute to the level of noise. A larger radius indicates a smoother door action: standard spring sizes are 10 inches (extension) and 12 or 15 inches (torsion). Torsion springs are more precise and avoid the friction of springs and cables on the horizontal tracks.
The best way to avoid needing major garage door repairs is by performing regular maintenance. The simplest and most effective upkeep is lubricating all roller bearings, springs, and hinges. In addition to helping extend the life of these components, this will keep your door operating system quiet.
Electric operator

To reduce vibrations, make sure your new operator has the motor insulated inside its metal case.

Many operators are connected to the garage ceiling by metal supports, so even adding small pieces of rubber between bolts will help reduce vibrations before they make their way into the support frame and the adjoining rooms of your home.
